Senior Ryan Gehman won this week's Old Dominion Athletic Conference Runner of the Week award, teaming with women's runner Kat Lehman as Eastern Mennonite took both cross country honors. This is the third time the duo has helped the Royals to a sweep of the ODAC's Runner of the Week.
