After sending a few distance runners to a meet earlier in the week, the Eastern Mennonite University track teams had their first and only large effort before the semester break. The Royals participated in the Holiday Open hosted by Christopher Newport Saturday in Newport News, Va., and look ready to spring into a great post-Christmas season.
